PARADIGM SHIFT.

A necessary paradigm shift is emerging, one that aims to heal, regenerate, and mutually exchange planetary and human resources. With an increase in natural disasters and inevitable cultural pressures due to inequality, humans are adapting to collective ways of organizing through values of interconnection. To address our societal concerns we can look to systems and models that value interdependence, and that expand our perception of interrelatedness with each other and with the planet that sustains us.

My participation is to facilitate and plan for our emerging futures. I educate myself on strategies in leadership and management that draw from various sources of intelligence and sense-making. I continue to develop the capacities required for navigating the paths ahead. 

My vision is to be in co-creation with leaders and organizations who are committed to systems of mutual regeneration for people and our sustaining planet. I am an experienced facilitator with the skills to guide organizations and leaders through adaptive growth with maturity, care, and grace.
