She works with leaders to align strategy with values.

Julia works in emerging sectors advancing soil health, plant medicine, conscious leadership, and decentralized management. She has worked with the founders of L.A. Compost, A Growing Culture, Collective Transitions, and North Star Project to design, develop, and launch programs that have meaningful socio-ecological impacts.

She is trained in Regenerative Organizational Design, Systemic Constellation Mapping, and u.lab: Leading from the Emerging Future through MITx. .
