Julia is a catalyzing facilitator and innovative leader who works with founders and teams to develop their organizations for meaningful growth. Her passions are strengthening mindsets and behaviors toward regenerative practice. She has advanced movements in soil health, plant medicine, and conscious leadership through stakeholder engagement and systems design. She holds a degree in Organizational Sciences from George Washington University and certifications in Regenerative Organizational Design, Systems Constellations, and Environmental Sustainability.
Julia is a first-generation American, born in New York and raised in Zimbabwe, a daughter of emigrants from Morocco and the Jewish Diaspora.
